Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information MasyanGlobal collects and how we use it, on our website masyanglobal.com and in AI Control Center, the app we use to plan, approve and publish content to our own social media and YouTube accounts.

1. Our website

The website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking scripts. Like any website, it is served by a hosting provider (Cloudflare), which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. We do not use that information to identify visitors.

2. AI Control Center and YouTube API Services

AI Control Center uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to YouTube channels that we manage. By connecting a YouTube channel to AI Control Center, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

What we access from Google

When a channel is connected, AI Control Center asks Google for exactly two permissions:

• Upload videos (youtube.upload) — to publish videos that a person has reviewed and approved.
• View your YouTube account (youtube.readonly) — to read the channel's ID and name, check that an upload finished, and check the privacy status YouTube applied to our uploads.

We do not access comments, subscribers, analytics, or anything else, and we cannot delete videos.

What we store, and why

• Google sign-in tokens — so the app can upload without asking you to log in every hour. They are stored encrypted.
• The channel's ID and name — to show which channel is connected.
• Records of videos we published — the video's ID, link, title and privacy status, as our publishing history.
• The content we publish — titles, descriptions and video files that we created, stored with our storage provider (Cloudflare R2). Media files are stored at web addresses that are not listed publicly, but can be opened by anyone who has the exact link; this is needed so platforms can fetch them when we publish.

How we use and share it

We use this information only to publish our own content, at a person's request, and to show its status. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone, except sending the content itself to the platform it is being published to (for example, YouTube). Our service providers (Cloudflare for storage and hosting) process data only to provide their service to us.

AI Control Center's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it, and how to remove access

• We keep Google sign-in tokens only while a channel is connected.
• Disconnecting a channel in AI Control Center revokes our access at Google immediately and deletes the stored tokens right away (at the latest within 7 days).
• You can also remove our access at any time on Google's security page: myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is removed there, we delete the stored tokens within 30 days.
• Stored data from YouTube (such as the channel name) is refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days.
• Records of videos we published are kept as publishing history. To have them deleted, contact us.

3. Facebook and Instagram

AI Control Center also publishes to Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that we manage, through Meta's official APIs. We store the Page and account IDs and names, the permissions Meta granted, and Meta sign-in tokens (encrypted), and use them only to publish our own approved content. Access can be removed at any time in Facebook's settings under Business integrations.

4. Security

• Sign-in tokens are encrypted before they are stored.
• The database is only reachable from our own machine, and is backed up daily; backups are encrypted before they leave that machine and are deleted after 90 days.
• Every important action (connecting accounts, approving, publishing) is recorded in an audit log.

5. Children

Our website and AI Control Center are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

6. Changes and contact
